Today’s featured artist is from the big apple! New York is home to Maira Kalman who is a brilliant illustrator and writer. She works with the New Yorker, and has illustrated many of her own Children’s books as well as books for adults! I learned of Maira Kalman a while ago after coming across a book of hers.
