Today’s featured artist M. Sasek was a Czech illustrator and writer who has published a series of eighteen books titled “This is…”which illustrate different cities around the world. I came across a few of his books while I was wandering around Kensgington Market in Toronto and I fell in love! I am such a sucker for vintage childrens books. Please visit the M.
